In 2020 Glenn felt he needed to change things up, so he purchased a wood-burning hobby tool, having no previous knowledge of wood-burning. It was then that Glenn fell in love with this medium. Self-taught in the art of pyrography, he continually discovers innovative ways to evolve his work and seize opportunities in which to integrate this medium in his woodworking as fine art, by making his own substrates and looking for the right grain to compliment the piece.
